I've got an account but can't remember my password/my password is not recognised. What do I do next?
We don't store your password anywhere on our system, so if you've really forgotten yours, simply go to the My Account log-in page and click on the 'Forgot Your Password?' link. You will automatically be sent a new random password, which you can of course change as soon as you want to something more personal and memorable. Otherwise, call us on 0845 226 0469 and we can create a new one for you over the phone.

Using an Offer Code
I've got an offer code but the website won't accept it. What do I do next?
It's quite possible then that the offer code has expired. However, if you are having problems with the offer code on the website, please call us on 0845 226 0469 and we'll sort it out for you. Please note that only one offer code or promotional voucher can be used per order and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.

How is my order delivered?
The delivery options for your order are dependent upon the size, weight & value of the order and where you live. When shopping online, you will be given a range of options from which to choose. When ordering via telephone, our Customer Support Team will outline the best option for you.
What do i get for the £5.95 delivery charge?
It's what our courier firm ( Initial CityLink) charges us, and we prefer to use a reputable service where orders are insured and can be tracked.
Can I arrange a specific date for delivery of my order?
Yes you can, but you need to call us before you place your order. Simply call our Customer Support Team on 0845 226 0469.
Can the website give us an estimated date of arrival ETA on out of stock items?
Not exact dates at the moment, but if you need more information please give our customer service team a call on 0845 226 0469.

How can I track my order?
If your order is sent by CityLink, please contact our Customer Service Centre on 0845 226 0469 and they will be able to track your order for you.
If your order has been despatched by Royal Mail (and this will be stated on your despatch confirmation email), your order cannot be tracked. Please allow 5 working days (10 working days for International Customers) before contacting us.
I haven't receive my order - what happens next?
If you have not received your order please contact Customer Support on 0845 226 0469 and we will investigate immediately.

My goods are faulty - how do I return an item?
Our apologies if you have received an item that is damaged or faulty. The simplest thing to do is contact Customer Support on 0845 226 0469 who will advise you on the best way to return an item and issue you with a Returns Authorisation Code. FAULTY or DAMAGED GOODS have to be returned within 30 days. As soon as we receive it, we will either refund your card or replace the item as requested by you.
Christmas returns policy
We have an extended returns policy for the Christmas period, so you can buy all your pressies before the Christmas rush. Goods purchased from the 1st October can be returned up until the end of January.
I've had a change of heart and no longer want my goods - how do I return an unwanted item?
We understand that there are times when you receive items and decide that you no longer want them. In this instance, UNWANTED GOODS have to be returned within 14 days. As soon as we receive it, we will refund your card. Please note however, that delivery charges for unwanted items will not be refunded nor will BushWear.co.uk pay delivery costs for the return of unwanted items. I've received the wrong item - what do I do next?
If we have inadvertently sent you the wrong item, our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Please call our Customer Support Team on 0845 226 0469 regarding the return of the wrong item and despatch of the correct one. Alternatively you can email us at customersupport@bushwear.co.uk

I've found an item cheaper on another site - do you price match?
We aim to be competitive and offer the best prices - and service - wherever possible. If there is a considerable price difference we'd welcome your feedback. We cannot always price match but here are full details of our Pricing Policy:
BushWear.co.uk maintains an everyday savings pricing policy. We watch other retailers closely and maintain competitive pricing. The internet being the best it is means that any Tom, Dick or Henrietta can set up a website in their back room and charge bargain basement/off the back of a lorry prices. Often they will have no stock, no returns policy, questionable security, no guarantees and of course poor customer service.
BushWear.co.uk strives to be open and honest, so we will never inflate our prices to set up an artificial 'sale', (a common – and illegal - retail practice).
It is inevitable in an open market like the internet that there will be some individuals selling some items cheaper than we do, and some selling them for more than we do, just as in the high street. We take great pride in offering a fast, efficient, friendly and secure shopping experience, with great products at fair prices. We encourage our customers to shop around, but are very pleased to welcome them back again and again.
