Placing Your Order

How do I place an order?

You can place an order by telephone (01786 450404), online (www.bushwear.co.uk), fax (0845 226 9329) or mail order via our catalogue.

How is my order delivered?

The delivery options for your order are dependent upon the size, weight & value of the order and where you live. If you have specific requirements then order via telephone and our Customer Support Team will outline the best option for you.

Is there free Delivery?

There is free delivery on all orders over £50 within UK . Heavy goods charge of £20. Certain high value or bulk goods carry a mandatory £5.95 charge. Postage out with mainland or overseas will be charged at cost. 

What do I get for the £5.95 Post & Packaging charge?

This charge reflects the costs to us of using a reputable service to ensure the orders are insured and can be tracked. Additionally, we only charge one delivery fee per order, even if the goods are sent out in multiple shipments. This is the standard cost and can vary depending on item, weight and size of the product.

 

Can I arrange a specific date for delivery of my order?

Yes you can, but you need to call us before you place your order. Simply call our Customer Support Team on 01786 450404.

Can the website give us an estimated date of arrival ETA on out of stock items?

Upon placing the order you should receive a confirmation email. If an item is out of stock an expected delivery date will be displayed for reference. Should this expected delivery date change, our system will automatically email you a revised date. When the item is sent out a dispatch email will be sent so you know to expect your order.

How can I track my order?

After your goods are sent you will receive a despatch email that will contain your tracking number. Alternatively, you can login to your customer history area through the 'my account' link on our website and click on your order number to track it.

I haven't received my order - what happens next?

If you have not received your order please contact the Customer Support Team on 01786 450404 and we will investigate immediately.

 

Returning Products

My goods are faulty - how do I return an item?

Our apologies if you have received an item that is damaged or faulty. The simplest thing to do is contact the Customer Support Team on 01786 450404 who will advise you on the best way to return an item and issue you with a Returns Authorisation Code. 

FAULTY or DAMAGED GOODS have to be returned within 365 days. As soon as we receive it, we will either refund your card or replace the item as requested by you.

Christmas returns policy

We have an extended returns policy for the Christmas period, so you can buy all your presents before the Christmas rush. Goods purchased from the 1st October can be returned up until the end of January, as long as they are unused and resalable.

I've had a change of heart and no longer want my goods - how do I return an unwanted item?

We understand that there are times when you receive items and decide that you no longer want them. In this instance, UNWANTED GOODS have to be returned within 365 days. As soon as we receive it, we will refund your card. Please note however, in some instances delivery charges cannot be refunded nor will BushWear.co.uk pay delivery costs for the return of unwanted items.

I've received the wrong item - what do I do next?

If we have inadvertently sent you the wrong item, our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Please call our Customer Support Team on 01786 450404 regarding the return of the wrong item and despatch of your correct order.

Our Prices

I've found an item cheaper on another site - do you price match?

We aim to be competitive and offer the best prices - and service - wherever possible. If there is a considerable price difference we welcome your feedback. We cannot always price match but we always aim to offer the best combination of value and customer service.

BushWear.co.uk maintains an everyday savings pricing policy. We watch other retailers closely and maintain competitive pricing. With the internet being the best it can be, it unfortunately means that any Tom, Dick or Henrietta can set up a website in their back room and charge bargain basement/off the back of a lorry prices. Often they will have no stock, no returns policy, questionable security, no guarantees and of course poor customer service.

BushWear.co.uk strives to be open and honest, so we will never inflate our prices to set up an artificial 'sale', (a common – and illegal - retail practice).

It is inevitable in an open market like the internet that there will be some individuals selling some items cheaper than we do, and some selling them for more than we do, just as in the high street. However, we take great pride in offering a fast, efficient, friendly and secure shopping experience, with great products at fair prices. We encourage our customers to shop around, but are always very pleased to welcome them back time and time again.
