My cured ham has become flyblown. I have done my best to cut out the bad bits and I am hoping the excellent looking bags will prevent further attacks. All advice gratefully received.
Had to hang my buck in a Garage for a few days, before I could get to butcher him. Large flys around the place, which was a worry at the time. But on inspection Meat was perfect. And now its washed ready for next time. Many thanks. Martin Davies
