Interior dimensions are 422 x 287 x 137mm giving 16.7 litres, with an external footprint of 472 x 366 x 161mm and an empty weight of 2.7kg thanks to the impact-resistant NK-7 resin shell. NANUK list it as small enough to carry on to an aircraft. The case is rated IP67 — fully waterproof and dustproof — and carries an automatic pressure release valve so it never seals shut under changes in altitude or temperature, along with a working range of -29°C to 60°C. Two TSA-approved PowerClaw latches with integrated slide locks secure the lid, and reinforced padlock eyelets take a 7.62mm shackle. A spring-loaded soft-grip handle folds away when not in use, rubber feet keep it steady without marking surfaces, and an integrated bezel system allows panels to be fitted without drilling the shell.
