The Seek Thermal CompactPRO is the latest in a line of smartphone compatible thermal imagers that are designed to work with a Smartphone. The CompactPRO has a larger 320x240 thermal sensor resulting in a more detailed image, increased field of view and detection range.
It is an excellent tool for hunters and outdoor enthusiasts alike, this versatile device can capture temperature fluctuations anywhere from -40° to 330°C, and now comes with a 32° field of view and a detection range of 550m. Making it even easier to detect and observe.
The CompactPRO works with iPhone or Android phones (Check compatibility here: http://www.thermal.com/supported), and is easy to operate with the free Seek app. Once installed, the device is instantly ready for use. The app is downloadable from the Apple iTunes store and Google play store and has recently been improved to include:
Thermal Level and Span â Easily set and lock a temperature range to display the maximum thermal information of any object or scene with a set point and range.
Emissivity Control â Calibrate for emissivity through easy, pre-defined settings. Compensate for various surface materials, ensuring accurate readings and reporting.
New Image Color Palettes â Enhanced palette options provide the visual capabilities necessary to help users easily examine and understand thermal imagery.
Full Frame Thermography â Choose from 4:3 or 16:9 formats displaying all temperature data for the maximum clarity and options responsive to your device format and size.
Complete with 7 User Modes including: Spot temperature, High / Low temperature, Level and Span, Above Threshold, Below Threshold, Equal Threshold, and Thermal+ Visible.
