Disappointing purchase. Would like to return for full refund.

Bag does not operate as wished. Top does not open well, so putting items of clothing carefully into it is difficult. The zip should have been styled to go a little down each side, in order to be able to open the bag fully. It should sit independently open, in order to make packing straightforward. It totally fails to do this. I would not have purchased it, had I known. Used once for one overnight this week. Disappointing. Would be very happy to return for full refund and look elsewhere.
