BushWear Returns Procedure for UK Customers

At BushWear we understand that not everything fits first time so we have a fantastic FREE returns policy. Simply click on the picture below to generate your return label. Or if you prefer you don’t even need to print at home, it emails you a barcode which the Post Office can scan to print the label. Remember a quick note inside the parcel with your details and if you want an exchange or refund really helps the team to expedite your request.

(Please note Amazon and Ebay orders MUST be returned using the platforms return procedures)

 Simply click on the picture below to print your return label, pop a note in with the goods and ask for proof of postage at the Post Office.

 

If any item you've ordered develops a fault within the first 12 months (365 Days) you can use this same service to return it to us hassle free! 

Call us first on 01786 450404 to discuss the fault. For unwanted items you will be able to tell us if you want a repair, refund or credit. For faulty or used items once we have assessed your return issue we can then best advise you if you can be refunded, replaced or if an item needs to go for repair.

Pop in a note stating your name, address, postcode and the reason for your return and as much fault information as possible. Please ensure all used items are THOROUGHLY clean and dry, footwear in particular.
