Viper-Flex build carbon shooting sticks in Denmark, and the range splits by how many legs you want under the rifle and how far you have to carry them.

Which set? A quad - the Styx Journey+ Quad - is the steadiest thing short of a bipod and prone rest, and is what most stalkers end up using for a standing shot. A tripod settles almost as well and goes up faster. The Styx Elite+ is a single-hand set for the gun who wants one hand free. The Minor 3 is a carbon prone tripod rather than a standing stick.

Before you order. Check the extended height against how you actually shoot - sitting off a highseat step and standing on a hill are different lengths, and a stick that only just reaches will wobble. The PRO TO GO set folds shorter for travelling and strapping to a pack. The single-leg supports are add-on legs for an existing Styx set, not a stick on their own, so buy the base set first.
