Eagle Owl as anti cormorant device (hopefully)

This is what happened to the Eagle Owl I purchased from you. I really wanted a Sea Eagle (they kill cormorants !)but this was the nearest I could find.
It was yet another attempt to keep the cormorants away from our fishing pool.
The owl was fitted with two 10 watt leds, normally these would be fitted over the eyes but the eyes on this decoy were very good and a shame to cover them.
A servo from a model plane was fitted in the base to work the wings, not a lot of movement but better than nothing.
A tree was 'decapitated' and the decoy fitted to the top.
A cable is run down to a control box where the flashing eyes and moving wings are controlled by a 'programmed chip' and the whole lot can be be switched on/off up to 8 times a day.
Only time will tell now if it will work !
