The Seeland Shooting Stick 4-Leg in black is a lightweight aluminium support built to give a steady rest in the field, whether you're glassing a hillside or waiting on a stand. The four-point base sets up quickly thanks to telescopic legs with a snap-closure click system, spreading out for genuine stability on uneven or sloping ground where a standard bipod or single stick would struggle. Each leg has a movable foam handle to keep noise down when handling the sticks on a stalk, and the cradle carries a soft rubber coating to cushion the rifle and protect the stock. An adjustable foot strap lets you set the stance to suit the terrain, while the rubber foot and metal spike option means it grips equally well on turf, rock or hard ground. Made entirely from aluminium, the whole unit weighs just 1.25kg, extends to a full 175cm, and breaks down to 90cm with removable legs and quick connectors for easy transport in a vehicle or rucksack. I purchased a set some years ago and as they were collapsible and fitted in my suitcase I took them to South Africa, a friend was very impressed with the stability they provided and bought a set which he uses both in the UK and abroad. Another friend whom I met in Africa and lives in the U.S.A was also keen to acquire a set, Once again I put a set in my case and took it to America for him.He recently used it to shoot a trophy mule deer at over 300 yards in Wyoming. His shooting buddy was also impressed and I'm taking another set with me to to the U.S.A the next time I go. Obviously a quality product appreciated by hunters.
