The SME Ammo Pal is a belt-mounted shotshell holder for 12 gauge cartridges up to 3" in length, finished here in Flat Dark Earth. Patent-pending retention fingers grip each shell securely, even upside-down, then flex to release it cleanly when you reach for a reload — useful on a peg day or driven shoot where fumbling for cartridges costs time. It's moulded from high-impact Geon PVC, so it shrugs off UV, oil and knocks in the field, and the ambidextrous shape with a wide thumb sweep works equally well gloved or bare-handed. The adjustable mounting system is the clever part: two dual mounting clips, one long and one short, can be run together or independently and reconfigured into more than a dozen positions, so the holder can be set up on a belt, bag or vest to suit the individual. Inside, a spring made from the same material used in USGI rifle magazines keeps shells feeding properly, and a removable base plate with a drain slot gives easy access for cleaning.
