Britannia Rails' Tikka T1X Extended Universal rail is an extended-length, true MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny mount for the Tikka T1X, giving a longer 198mm mounting platform than the standard-length rails in the range. It carries a 0 MOA profile — flat and neutral, with no built-in elevation bias — so it suits general scope, red dot or night-vision/thermal mounting rather than dedicated long-range use. It fits in a single orientation, reaching rearward from the action, and pulls securely onto the rifle's dovetail without sliding once fitted. The rail is secured with four 6-48 screws through a supplied T15 hex bit, using the T1X's existing screw holes, and comes with Vibra-Tite anti-vibration threadlock to keep everything tight under recoil. It's CNC-machined in the UK from aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminium and finished with a hard-anodised coating that's weatherproof and scratch-resistant. The extra length over the standard rail gives more real estate for forward-mounted optics, bipod-forward setups, or bulkier night-vision and thermal units, while the true Picatinny profile still takes any Picatinny/Weaver-compatible rings or mount.
