Ganzo Knives

    Filter

Ganzo build value-for-money folding knives, and the range arrives under two names off the same bench: Ganzo-branded G-series models and the Firebird line. Both use the same axis-style lock and liner construction.

      What to check before ordering

      • Lock type. Axis-style locks (G7371, G7413P) open and close one-handed and are far easier with cold, wet hands than a liner lock you have to push aside with a thumb.
      • Handle scales. G10 holds grip when wet. The wood-scaled models look better and slip more.
      • Blade length and lock, against the law. A locking folder is not covered by the UK's non-locking, sub-3-inch exemption. Carrying one in public needs good reason — having it with the rifle, the game bag or the larder kit is good reason; having it in a coat pocket in town is not.

Models in the range include the Firebird F7533-GR, G734, G729 folder, G727M, G7371 and the G7412P-WS and G7413P-WS. Sheaths are listed separately.

For gralloching and larder work a fixed blade is the better tool — see Knives. Stones and systems are under Knives & Sharpeners.
