The LÖWE Easy Clean is a compact German-made hunting shear built for gralloching and jointing game in the field. LÖWE pioneered the anvil-cut principle in 1923 — a pulling cut against a fixed base rather than two shearing blades — and this model carries a curved, concave blade that draws the material in close to the cutting point for a powerful, controlled cut with noticeably less effort than a bypass tool. It handles bones and branches up to 22mm in diameter with a clean, splinter-free cut, so venison and other game can be jointed without bone fragments contaminating the meat or puncturing vacuum-pack film. The blade carries a non-stick, corrosion-resistant coating, and the shear's simple, open construction means it wipes clean quickly after use, with no fiddly recesses to scrub out.
