The Mechanix Wear SpeedKnit Sleeves SS2E03 protect the forearms rather than the hands, and are designed to pair with a work glove rather than replace one. Each 18-inch sleeve is a high-gauge knit of HPPE and Mechanix's ArmorCore yarn, rated to ANSI/ISEA 105 Level A7 cut resistance - one of the highest levels Mechanix offers, well suited to jobs where blades, wire, brash or sharp-edged materials are a regular hazard to bare or lightly covered forearms. A thumbhole at the cuff end holds each sleeve in place and lets it sit cleanly under a glove cuff without riding up, while a stretch-elastic wrist band keeps the fit snug without restricting movement.
