The Pixfra Taurus T425 is a slimline thermal front attachment that converts a day scope into a thermal imaging setup without altering your existing rifle and optic. A 384x288 12um sensor with better than 18mK NETD is paired with a 25mm F1.0 objective passing 92% or more of available light, and Pixfra's PIPS 2.0 processing draws out small temperature differences at ranges up to 1300m, including in poor weather. AAIC image calibration works frame by frame to keep the picture clean and consistent as conditions change. Sub-pixel zeroing allows very fine reticle adjustment, holding error under 0.9cm at 100m, and the unit supports host scopes up to 10x magnification so most common stalking and vermin setups are catered for. A Bluetooth remote is supplied so the attachment can be operated from a convenient point on the rifle by left- or right-handed shooters, and a quick-release cover makes battery changes straightforward in the field.
