Napier Ultra Clean Material is a double-sided, self-amalgamating cleaning fabric that works as a brush and mop in one, cutting the usual cleaning routine right down. Simply wrap a length around a jag: the rough side gives a safe abrasive action that scrubs the bore and lifts fouling clear rather than just pushing it around, while the soft mop side, used with Napier Gun Oil or Cleaner, absorbs residue for a thorough finish. Chemically inert, it can be used with any chemical cleaner, and paired with Napier Gun Cleaner Lube it cuts cleaning time by over 50%. Being self-amalgamating, it bonds to itself like Velcro and will not unwind on a cleaning rod mid-clean. It also works well wrapped around the hand as a polishing mitt for barrels and wooden stocks, replacing old rags and dusters with a fresh clean surface every time. Supplied as a 12 metre (13.12 yard) roll in a distinctive gold carton, good for more than 75 x 12-bore cleans, it's a practical addition to any field-sports cleaning kit.
