WEB-TEX's collapsible water bowl is a simple, hard-wearing bit of field kit built from tough PVC that folds flat when empty and pops open in seconds when you need it. Holding 4 litres and measuring 21cm across when open, it's roomy enough for a working dog to drink properly after a long day on the hill or in the beating line, and sturdy enough to double as a washing-up bowl or general water carrier around camp. At just 80g, it weighs next to nothing and rolls down small enough to live permanently in a game bag, vehicle door pocket or rucksack side pouch, so there's no excuse for a dog going thirsty on a shoot day or a long walk. The PVC is tough and tear-resistant, standing up to being filled to the brim and knocked about in the back of a truck without splitting at the seams. Finished in practical olive green, it's the kind of unglamorous kit that earns its keep — cheap enough to keep a spare in every vehicle, and reliable enough to reach for every time.
