The Hornady Case Neck Brush in .30 calibre is a purpose-made reloading accessory for removing powder residue and other debris from inside cartridge case necks before sizing or loading. Designed to fit Hornady's Lock-N-Load system, it is compatible with the Lock-N-Load Case Prep Trio, Case Prep Duo, Lock-N-Load Power Case Prep Center and the Quick Change Hand Tool, accepting the standard 8-32 thread shared across Hornady's range of case prep attachments. Keeping case necks clean before each reload helps ensure consistent bullet seating tension, which is a key factor in achieving repeatable accuracy from the bench or in the field. The brush is sized specifically for .30 calibre case necks, making it suitable for a wide range of popular stalking, target and hunting cartridges from .308 Winchester and .30-06 Springfield to the 300 series magnums. Hornady also offer brushes for calibres from .17 through to .45, so a full cleaning kit can be assembled for any combination of cartridges in your reloading room.
