The collet fits the Cam-Lock Bullet Puller body, which is mounted in the ram of a standard reloading press. Rotating the collet a quarter-turn cams it closed around the bullet; the press stroke then withdraws the projectile cleanly from the case, leaving both the case and bullet undamaged and fully reusable.
