A great deer knife for the money.

I have a number of fixed blade knives for my deer work including Casstrom, a swing blade and Cold Steel, but the knife always on my belt is the Mora Clipper. It's lightweight, the handle is perfectly sized for my hands and grippy when wet. The blade is an ideal shape and easy to sharpen. My only reservation is the sheath which just clips onto your belt - I lost both knife and sheath crawling through rank heather. My Mora now lives in a leather Casstrom sheath fitted with a proper belt loop. Folk say the knives don't hold their edge but if you don't try and cut bone with them they're fine! I think they are a great buy and cheap enough to keep a couple in the pick up and chainsaw box.
