Walker's Razor Slim Electronic Ear Muffs in Flat Dark Earth are a low-profile electronic earmuff built for shooters and stalkers who want solid hearing protection without a bulky headset. They carry a Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) of 23 dB and use sound activated compression (SAC) with a 0.02 second reaction time, an electronic circuit that clamps gunshots and other sudden loud noises down to a safe level rather than cutting sound off altogether, so you can still hear range commands or talk to a shooting partner while shots are being fired nearby. Two omni-directional microphones feed full dynamic range HD speakers for clear, balanced sound, with independent volume control on each ear cup to suit your own hearing. The slim, sound-dampening composite housing sits close to the head, with a comfort headband built around a metal wire frame, recessed volume control knobs, an audio input jack for connecting an external audio source, and an external battery door running on two AAA batteries. In a practical Flat Dark Earth finish, it's a low-bulk set of electronic ear defenders for anyone shooting or stalking who wants their hearing protected without sacrificing awareness of what's going on around them.
