Okay But……Terrible Warranty/Service Support ‘

Reviewing these after 12 months of all day instructor and personal use, rifles and shotguns - Not sponsored, personally purchased.

Clear sound during conversations, stable bluetooth connection and okay music and phone call quality, as per other user comments they do enhance ambient sound and wind noise but once volume controls are mastered setting to level 1-2 reduces this extremely well, they are comfortable for all day use and come with a wide selection of earbuds so should suit most ears although have encountered a small minority who just are unable to get them to fit comfortably due to shell design for the ears.

The bad bit….. having two sets of these and suffering a fault in one pairs right earbud (intermittent power on/off and suspect electronic noise reduction of shot impulses) a quick email to ISO TUNES UK to request service resulted in a prompt; “if not purchased direct from us, return to retailer”

Not a great response and therefore not a product to recommend moving forward to clients wanting good service life and assurance of manufacturers warranty/service backup as provided by other well known brands available in the UK at same or slightly higher price point.

Disappointed

They worked ok for a couple of shoots but the wind noise was an issue. The right hand one is now not working so I suppose I will have to look into why, just more hassle.!

Very comfortable to wear but the wind is very noisy through them .

Noisy in wind, not great spoken word sound quality.

Half the price of CFG but I’d be tempted to spend the extra money next time. Clever Bluetooth pairing if you want that sort of thing.
