The Marttiini Condor Fish Fork is a two-tined stainless steel fork built to make filleting easier and safer. Set into a rubber, knife-style handle for a secure grip even when your hands are wet, it pins the fish or fillet firmly in place while you work the skin free with a separate filleting knife, so there is far less risk of the blade slipping onto your fingers. At 17cm overall with 5cm tines, it is compact enough to carry alongside a filleting knife in a tackle bag or kitchen drawer, and it comes with its own plastic sheath to protect the tines and keep it safe to store when not in use. Marttiini, the long-established Finnish knife maker, builds the Condor range specifically for anglers and anyone preparing their own catch, and the fork is a natural companion to their Condor filleting knives. Hand wash only is recommended to keep the handle and fork in good condition over time.
