The Marttiini Wild Boar is part of Marttiini's animal-themed range of sheath knives, and takes its character from the animal that inspired it: strong, noble and built to last. The pommel is a wild boar's head cast in bronze, set into a curly birch handle that has been colour-waxed and shaped with a finger groove for a secure, comfortable grip. The blade runs to 11cm and is ground from durable stainless steel (1.4034/X46Cr13, hardened to 53.5-55 HRC), giving a keen, corrosion-resistant edge that holds up to real use. Overall length is 24cm. A black leather sheath is included, and the knife comes presented in an elegant wooden gift box, making it a natural choice for a hunter, stalker or knife collector. As with all curly birch handles, the tone and figure of the wood vary from knife to knife, so every Wild Boar is genuinely one of a kind.
