The Morakniv Robust is a fixed-blade working knife developed with and for demanding professional trades, and it has earned a loyal following among bushcrafters and country-sports users who want a tough, no-nonsense blade. Made in Mora, Sweden, it shares its outline with the popular Companion but carries a thicker, heavier blade for harder graft. The 91mm carbon steel blade is a full 3.2mm thick, taking a keen edge that sharpens easily in the field and stands up to batoning, feather-sticking and general camp and game-prep tasks. The handle has a patterned, high-friction rubber grip and an ergonomic shape that keeps it secure in wet or cold hands and helps reduce the strain of repetitive cutting work. It is supplied with a grey plastic sheath fitted with a mount button on the face, so a second Mora sheath can be clipped on to carry a pair of knives together. Simple, hard-wearing and reassuringly affordable, the Robust is a dependable choice for the workshop, the woodland and the stalk.
