The Wheeler Delta Series AR-15 Mag Well Vise Block is a purpose-built support for cleaning and light gunsmithing on AR-platform rifles. It slides into the magazine well and holds the rifle steady in either the open or closed position, and is designed to pair with the Tipton Best Gun Vise - though it can equally be mounted straight to a workbench using the included fasteners. A bolt service station locks the bolt back for extractor pin work, while the centre section rotates a full 180 degrees in 7-degree increments and locks in place using the receiver's own magazine catch, so the rifle can be turned to whatever angle suits the job. A built-in hammer stop protects the lower receiver from accidental strikes, and the solvent-resistant polymer body won't mark or mar the rifle's finish. When extra rigidity is needed, the mag well arm unclips for clamping directly in a bench vice. It's a genuinely versatile support for anyone who regularly cleans, services or builds AR-15s at the bench.
