The Blaser Saddle Mount is the factory quick-detach mounting solution for fitting a riflescope to a Blaser rifle, and this version is cut for optics with a Zeiss ZM/VM internal rail. It clamps directly into the four notches machined into the barrel of the Blaser action: drop the mount on with the levers open, fold them inwards to lock, then set the clamping force with a precision screwdriver. Because there are no separate locking screws, the setting holds once made. The bases are steel and the rings aluminium, giving a compact, low-profile fit that sits the scope unusually close to the bore and keeps the optic in the same plane as the barrel. Its real strength is repeatability: the mount can be removed for transport or storage and refitted without losing zero, and it stands up to the recoil of even the heaviest calibres. The single BH height available is 9.7mm. Genuine Blaser mounts carry 'Blaser' engraved into the steel. Note that once fitted and tensioned to one rifle, a mount should not be swapped to another.
