Built by Ridgeline of New Zealand for hard days in relentlessly wet weather, the Monsoon Classic Smock is a rugged three-layer waterproof smock designed to work as hard as the wearer. The laminated shell carries a 10,000mm hydrostatic head and a 5,000g/m²/24hrs breathable membrane, with fully taped seams keeping the rain out while letting built-up moisture escape. The 100% brushed polyester outer is quiet and rustle-free, making it a sound choice for stalking and any situation where a silent approach matters. It's cut as an overhead smock with Ridgeline's signature scooped back and a half-length front zip finished with a popper-fastened storm flap, so it goes on and off easily without letting the weather in. A three-way adjustable hood with a wired peak rolls away when it isn't needed, and there's a zipped chest pocket plus two zipped hand pockets for the essentials. A drawcord waist and Velcro-adjustable cuffs let you fine-tune the fit, while the dropped hem and articulated sleeves add extra coverage and freedom of movement.
