The Amblers FS23 is a lightweight soft shell safety trainer built for light industrial and field work where a full safety boot is more than you need. The breathable, non-leather soft shell upper carries a durable water-repellent (DWR) finish, making it a comfortable choice for a long day on your feet or warmer working conditions. A steel toe cap tested to 200 joules impact sits above a non-metal midsole for underfoot penetration resistance, while the low-profile rubber outsole adds front and rear bump stops for extra protection at the toe and heel. Three robust D-ring lace holds keep the fit secure, and the anti-static build absorbs 20 joules of heel impact energy. Certified to EN ISO 20345:2011 Safety Footwear Category S3 and passing the SRA slip-resistance standard, it covers impact, penetration, static and slip protection in one trainer-weight shoe rather than a heavier boot.
