The Caterpillar Charge S3 Safety Trainer in blue is a lightweight, metal-free work shoe built to EN ISO 20345:2011 S3 standard, carrying the full S3+HRO+SRC+ESD rating. A composite toe cap protects against 200 joules of impact and compression without adding the weight or cold-bridging of steel, while a metal-free midsole guards against penetration underfoot. The water-resistant PU and mesh upper sheds light rain and puddles on site, and the rubber outsole is SRC-rated for slip resistance on wet and oily floors, heat-resistant to 300°C, and resistant to fuel and oil — useful across workshops, kennels and yard duties as well as general site work. Antistatic (ESD) properties dissipate static build-up, and the S3 spec's energy-absorbing seat region cushions the heel on hard standing. Inside, a removable PU foam footbed and mesh lining keep things breathable and comfortable through a long shift, and the low-profile trainer last means it wears like a normal sneaker rather than a boot.
