These are Nosler Custom Competition reloading bullets in .224 calibre (22 Cal), supplied as a box of 250 component projectiles for handloaders. This is not loaded ammunition. Each 52-grain bullet is a hollow point boat tail built for match accuracy: a highly concentric jacket form-fits an ultra-precise lead-alloy core for consistent stability and balance from one round to the next. The small meplat created by the hollow point reduces drag and improves aerodynamic efficiency, while the boat-tail base gives reliable flight across a wide range of velocities, and every bullet is hand-inspected for quality. With a G1 ballistic coefficient of 0.220 and a sectional density of 0.148, the 52-grain .224 is a popular choice for target and varmint work in cartridges such as the .223 Remington and .22-250 Remington, letting you tune a load to your own rifle. A 250-count box gives competitive and recreational shooters plenty of components for load development and range sessions at a sensible price per bullet.
