Nosler Custom Competition 30 Calibre (.308") 190 grain Hollow Point Boat Tail bullets are match-grade component projectiles for handloaders, supplied as a box of 100 unprimed bullets — this is not loaded ammunition. Nosler builds the Custom Competition line on highly concentric jackets and ultra-precise lead-alloy cores, hand-inspected for quality, giving competition and long-range shooters consistent, repeatable accuracy at a keener price than the premium Match Grade range. The small meplat created by the hollow point reduces drag and lifts aerodynamic efficiency downrange, while the boat-tail profile helps retain velocity and a flat trajectory at distance. This heavier 190 grain bullet has a bullet length of 1.343", a sectional density of 0.286 and a ballistic coefficient of 0.530, giving strong wind-bucking performance at long range and making it a favourite among 30 calibre long-range and fullbore competitors. For UK handloaders working up loads for paper-punching, F-Class or fullbore competition, these give consistent, well-inspected bullets without the cost premium of Nosler's top-tier match line.
