- Suitable for removing plastic wad residue, carbon and powder fouling
The Napier Ultraclean Jag for 12 gauge has been engineered specifically for use with Napier's Ultra Clean barrel-cleaning fabric, delivering around three times the cleaning surface area of a conventional jag. That extra contact means fouling is shifted more thoroughly on each pass, and when paired with Ultra Clean — which acts as both brush and mop in one continuous roll — total barrel-cleaning time can be cut by more than half. The jag's thread is machined to fit all Napier and Parker-Hale English-thread cleaning rods, so it drops straight into any rod set that follows that standard. Whether you're cleaning between drives at a shoot day or giving your gun a thorough post-session service at home, the Ultraclean Jag makes short work of plastic wad residue, carbon and powder fouling. It is chemically inert and compatible with any gun-cleaning solvent or oil, including Napier's own VP90 range. A simple, effective upgrade for any 12-bore shooter who takes barrel maintenance seriously.
