The Caterpillar Threshold Rebound is a waterproof leather safety boot built for a full day on site. Rated S7L to EN ISO 20345 with WP, HRO, FO and SR markings, it combines a waterproof full-grain leather upper with a composite safety toe cap and composite midsole, giving protection against impact and compression without the weight or cold-transfer of steel. The rubber outsole uses Caterpillar's SRX technology for slip resistance on wet and greasy floors, and is also resistant to fuel, oil and high heat. Underneath, a lightweight EVA midsole and a cushioned foam footbed take the edge off long shifts, while a sock lining made from 100% post-industrial recycled material with CLEANSPORT NXT pro-biotic treatment helps keep odour under control. Cement (Strobel) construction bonds the upper, midsole and outsole into one durable unit.
