The HIKMICRO Habrok 4K 2.0 HE25L is a multi-spectrum binocular that puts a thermal channel and a true 4K digital day/night channel side by side in one rugged unit, with an integrated laser rangefinder built in. The thermal side uses a 256 x 192 sensor with sub-18mK sensitivity behind a 25mm F1.0 lens, giving detection out to 1200m and HIKMICRO's shutterless HSIS imaging for a smooth, uninterrupted picture. The digital channel runs a 3840 x 2160 UHD sensor through a fast 60mm F2.2 lens, with 5.5x to 22x zoom for genuinely sharp daylight and low-light viewing. The laser rangefinder reads out to 1000m to within a metre, and replaceable 850nm and 940nm IR illuminators extend usable range after dark. Electronic image stabilisation, GPS, a digital compass, and onboard photo, video and audio recording round out a unit built for stalking, wildlife observation and search work in the field. Housed to IP67 and running on a replaceable rechargeable battery, it is built to keep working through a genuinely wet Scottish hillside as well as a dry one, and it mounts to a standard 1/4-20 UNC tripod thread.
