HME's Pro Series Deer Drag is the upgraded option in their deer drag range, built for hunters who want a more capable, comfortable way to haul a shot deer out of the field. It's built around a 16" all-metal handle fitted with an easy-to-hold foam grip, attached via a PVC-coated metal U-bracket to a 5' drag strap made from heavy-duty nylon webbing, the same tough webbing used in ratchet straps. Each end of the strap finishes in a 6" choker-style loop, so it cinches securely around the deer for a solid connection while dragging. The handle design works equally well for one person hauling solo or two people sharing the load, and the strap attaches just as easily to an ATV for towing a carcass back to the vehicle. Despite the extra capability, it's compact enough to fold away into a backpack or ATV storage compartment between uses. A genuinely useful step up from a basic rope drag for anyone regularly moving deer any distance after a stalk.
