The Trace Game Tub / Sled is a moulded HDPE tub built for getting shot deer and other game out of the field cleanly and hygienically. The rigid tub construction keeps carcasses off the ground and contained during the drag back to the larder or vehicle, rather than relying on an open sledge or a sack. Reinforced edges and ridges add stiffness so the tub holds its shape under load, while moulded running strips on the underside let it glide over mud, wet grass, ice and even shallow water with far less drag than pulling a carcass by hand. Easy-grip handles are moulded into the body for towing, and the side walls are pierced to take a tow rope for longer hauls or attaching to an ATV or quad. At 99 x 56 x 26cm it is sized for a roe or similar-sized carcass, and when not being used for game it doubles as a general haul-all for decoys, firewood, feed sacks or trap gear around the estate.
