The Richter Optik Gunlight and Illuminator Kit is a complete gun-mounted lamping set-up for night shooting, built around a focusable 250-lumen light using a CREE XPC2 LED chip and effective out to around 300 yards. The head is machined from aircraft-grade aluminium and rated IP67 waterproof, so it stands up to wet nights in the field. Four interchangeable LED modules are supplied — white, red, green and infrared — letting you switch between a general lamping beam and coloured light for less flighty quarry, or run the IR module alongside a night vision set-up for extra illumination. Power comes from two rechargeable 18650 batteries, giving a run time of around three to four hours per charge, with a charging cradle included to top them up between outings. The kit fits via a universal mount and fires from either the standard on/off switch or the supplied pressure switch with Velcro tab, so it can be worked from the stock without taking a hand off the rifle. Light, mount, switches, batteries, charger and all four LED modules are supplied together in an ABS carry/storage case, and the kit suits both air rifles and powder-burners for pest control and fox work.
