The Hi-Tec Blackout Mid is a lightweight, multi-activity boot built for kids who spend their time outdoors — on the school run, at the stables, or out in the woods and fields. The seamless softshell upper is made from a vegan-friendly polyester and PU material that gives a comfortable, secure fit without any leather, while a Dri-Tec waterproof and breathable membrane keeps feet dry through puddles, mud and wet grass without feeling clammy. A polyester mesh lining adds next-to-foot comfort, and an elasticated lace with a Velcro strap over the top means children can get the boots on and off themselves, with no fiddly laces to tie. The rugged rubber outsole is designed to grip a variety of surfaces, from tarmac to muddy ground, giving parents confidence on family days out. Finished in a bright Navy/Orange/Lake Blue colourway, the mid-cut design gives a little more ankle support and protection from the elements than a low-cut shoe, making this a practical everyday boot for active kids.
