The Hornady 7mm .284" 162 grain ELD Match (Extremely Low Drag Match) is a precision target bullet engineered for competitive long-range shooting. Its Heat Shield tip is immune to aerodynamic heating, retaining a perfect meplat throughout flight for consistent, Doppler radar-verified ballistic coefficients — G1 BC .670 and G7 BC .338. An optimum secant ogive combined with a boat-tail base and highly concentric AMP (Advanced Manufacturing Process) jacket produces supremely accurate, repeatable performance from shot to shot and lot to lot. With a sectional density of .287 and a recommended twist rate of 1-9.5", this bullet is suited to precision hand-loads in 7mm cartridges for target competition and long-range benchrest work. Supplied 100 per box. Not loaded ammunition — component bullets for reloading only.
