The Hornady 7mm .284" 180 grain ELD Match (Extremely Low Drag Match) is a precision target bullet engineered for demanding long-range competition. Its Heat Shield tip is immune to aerodynamic heating, maintaining a perfect meplat throughout flight for consistent, Doppler radar-verified ballistic coefficients. An optimum secant ogive combined with a boat-tail base and highly concentric AMP (Advanced Manufacturing Process) jacket produces the highest possible BC in its class, with supremely repeatable accuracy from bullet to bullet and lot to lot. At 180 grains, this is the heavier sibling of the 162 grain ELD Match, offering a higher sectional density for hand-loaders building extended-range loads in 7mm cartridges. Suited to long-range benchrest and target competition. Supplied 100 per box. Not loaded ammunition — component bullets for reloading only.
