The Hornady Cam-Lock Bullet Puller Collet #13 is a calibre-specific collet for use with the Hornady Cam-Lock Bullet Puller tool. It accepts bullets of .451 or .458 inch diameter, covering two distinct groups of cartridges: .45-calibre pistol rounds — including the .45 ACP, .45 Colt and .454 Casull, whose projectiles measure .451 to .452 inches — and the .458 Winchester Magnum and .458 Lott, large-bore dangerous-game rifle cartridges whose bullets measure .458 inches. The collet attaches to the Cam-Lock Bullet Puller body, which mounts in the ram of any standard reloading press. A quarter-turn closes the collet firmly around the bullet; the press stroke then withdraws the projectile cleanly without damaging the case or bullet. Whether disassembling .45 ACP pistol loads or correcting a .458 Win Mag rifle round, Collet #13 handles the full range of .45-calibre applications.
