The Hornady Custom Grade Full-Length 2-Die Set for 470 Nitro Express 3 1/4" (.474) delivers precise, repeatable reloading for one of the most respected dangerous-game cartridges ever chambered. The Full-Length Sizing Die returns cases to SAAMI minimum specifications and features Hornady's Elliptical Expander -- a proprietary design that provides smoother neck sizing with less friction and reduced case neck stretch than conventional ball-type expanders. The Elliptical Expander and hardened steel Headed Decap Pin are mounted on the Zip Spindle, which locks positively against slippage and accepts fine incremental adjustment via its lightly threaded engagement, or can be repositioned rapidly by hand for larger movements. The internal bore is precision-machined and polished for reliable, stick-free case cycling. The In-line Bullet Seating Die uses a floating alignment sleeve to hold bullet, case neck and seating stem in perfect alignment before the bullet enters the case mouth, producing consistent seating depth and better accuracy. A built-in roll-crimp feature in the seating die removes the need for a separate crimp die. Both dies include Sure-Loc lock rings that clamp the full die body for secure, repeatable settings. Standard 7/8"-14 thread for all standard presses. Shell holder not included. Made in the USA with a no-risk lifetime warranty.
