The Full-Length Size Die sizes cases to SAAMI minimum specifications using a titanium nitride gold-ring finish that is harder than carbide, eliminating the need for case lubricant on straight-wall brass. The Zip Spindle positively locks to prevent slippage while allowing both fine incremental and rapid coarse adjustments without additional tools. The Pistol Style Expander die opens the case mouth with a controlled bell to ease powder charging and bullet placement while maintaining correct neck tension. The Seating Die's In-line Bullet Seating System holds bullet, case neck and seating stem in a floating sleeve before entry for consistent depth across the batch; a built-in crimper provides a roll crimp option without occupying a separate press station. The dedicated fourth Crimp Die removes the case mouth flare and delivers a heavy crimp, critical for reliable feeding and primer retention under the substantial recoil of the 500 S&W.
