The Hornady Match Grade 2-Die Set for 300 PRC (.308) is designed for the precision handloader working with this Hornady-developed long-range cartridge. The full-length bushing-style sizing die accepts interchangeable, self-centring Hornady neck bushings — sold separately — so you can select the exact bushing size that gives the neck tension your load requires, without overworking the brass through repeated sizing cycles. A removable Elliptical Expander allows optional inside-neck sizing; it runs smoother than a conventional ball expander, reducing friction and case-neck stretch, and its internal threading prevents it pulling loose. A Decap Pin Retainer and hardened steel Headed Decap Pin are included. The In-line Bullet Seating Die holds the bullet, case neck and seating stem in perfect alignment within a floating sleeve before the bullet contacts the neck — a key factor in consistent seating depth and reduced run-out. The Micro Just micrometer lets you move seating depth in precise increments, and a built-in roll crimper removes the need for a separate crimp die. Sure-Loc lock rings are fitted to both dies, clamping around the full die body so settings stay put between sessions. Standard 7/8"-14 thread; comes in a stackable Die Storage Box.
