The Hornady Match Grade 2-Die Set for 6mm PPC (.243) is built for the benchrest and precision rifle shooter who demands the highest level of case preparation consistency. The 6mm PPC is a legendary short-range accuracy cartridge, and this die set is engineered to match its reputation. The full-length bushing-style size die accepts interchangeable self-centering Neck Size Bushings that give the reloader absolute control over neck tension, eliminating oversizing and minimising brass work-hardening. A removable Elliptical Expander offers the option of inside neck sizing with dramatically reduced friction compared to ball expanders. The companion In-line Bullet Seating Die holds bullet, case neck and seating stem in precise alignment inside a floating sleeve before seating begins — the foundation of consistent bullet seating depth and shot-to-shot uniformity. A Micro Just micrometer permits repeatable depth adjustments to a fine tolerance. Both a standard and an ELD Match bullet seating stem are included.
