The Hornady Custom Grade Size Die for 9mm Luger (.355) is a straight-wall pistol resizing die that returns fired brass to SAAMI minimum dimensions ready for the next loading. The standout feature of this die is its titanium nitride sizing ring — a gold-tinted coating that is harder than tungsten carbide and will not scratch brass. Critically, the titanium nitride surface requires no case lubrication, making 9mm Luger brass preparation faster and cleaner at the press. The precisely machined and polished bore resizes soft pistol brass smoothly without sticking. The headed decap pin is mounted on the Zip Spindle, which locks positively to prevent slippage; a dual-thread system allows fine incremental adjustment or rapid gross movement for quick initial setup. The die body is threaded 7/8 inch-14 to fit all standard reloading presses. The included Sure-Loc lock ring clamps uniformly around the die body under constant pressure, holding the ring securely without contacting the threads; wrench flats allow easy installation and removal. Supplied with titanium nitride sizing ring, Sure-Loc lock ring, decap pin retainer, headed decap pins, and Zip Spindle. Shell holder not included. Made in the USA with a no-risk lifetime warranty.
