The Hornady Universal Trim Length Gauge takes the guesswork out of setting up your case trimmer. Designed to work with the Hornady Case Prep Centre, it lets you dial in the correct trim length quickly and accurately — without reaching for a calliper every time. Compatible with 12 popular calibres ranging from the 6mm ARC through to the .300 Win Mag, the gauge handles both fired and resized cartridge cases, making it equally useful mid-session when you are switching between case types. Made from anodised aluminium, it is built to withstand the knocks of the reloading bench. To set the trimmer, place the bottom edge of the gauge across the top of the cutter and the top edge against the bottom of the shell holder, then lock in and trim. For hand-loaders working across several stalking or target calibres, the universal coverage saves both time and the cost of buying individual calibre-specific gauges.
