The SwedTeam Lynx Junior is a lightweight hunting jacket built for children and teenagers, sized from 120 to 170cm to fit young hunters as they grow. Part of SwedTeam's popular Lynx family, it skips the membrane in favour of maximum breathability, so kids stay comfortable moving around on stalking trips and active days in the field. The outer fabric is a waxed cotton-polyester blend that is windproof and water-repellent, giving useful protection against light rain and cutting wind without adding bulk or weight - the finished jacket weighs just 550g. Reinforced shoulders take the wear that young hunters put a jacket through, while a detachable hood with an adjustable opening, adjustable cuffs and an adjustable lower hem let the fit be tightened up in poor weather. Two front pockets and an inner pocket hold small essentials. In Hunting Green, it is a practical, hard-wearing introduction to proper field kit for junior stalkers and young shots learning the ropes alongside adults.
